Nothing happens on its own. We never asked for a card, so there is nothing we could charge. Three days before the trial ends, we send you a reminder by email. To continue, choose Stenoly Pro from your account. If you don't, your access ends with the trial.
No. The 14-day trial is free, and we never ask for payment details up front. You only enter them if you choose Stenoly Pro.
The same product, two ways to pay. Monthly is billed every month and you can cancel any time. Yearly is billed for twelve months at once and costs less per month.
Yes, from your account settings. If you cancel, Stenoly Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
No. Prices are shown without VAT or sales tax. Tax is added at checkout at the rate that applies where you work.

Yes. GPs, specialists, psychologists and other clinicians pay the same price and get the same product, with templates for their own field.
Precision is our most thorough engine for clinical notes, made for complex consultations. It is included in Stenoly Pro. During the trial, notes are written with Stenoly Essential, the engine most clinicians use every day.
It probably won't. Your price is fixed for the period you have paid for. We may adjust prices once a year, and an increase above the consumer price index is announced at least 30 days before your next period, as our terms describe.
Stenoly is not an archive. Audio is never stored, and notes are deleted after 24 hours by default, once you have moved them to your EHR. Your patient records live in your EHR, not with us.
